About The Little Salad Company

The Little Salad Company is run by Matthew and Kirsten Loveday, food growers with a passion for salad. They raise from seed, grow and harvest a variety of fresh, seasonal leaves the year round. From their market garden at the Earth Trust, they grow over 40 different types of salad leaves throughout the year, from lettuces and herbs in the summer to oriental leaves in the winter.

Ready made salad bags will be available from a range of local producers, and The Little Salad Company will also be attending farmers’ markets across the South Oxfordshire region, see their website for details. Their produce is also available to local pubs and restaurants.
