Research and Continuing Education

We are also very pleased to announce the use of the Earth Trust site for training purposes for University students in archaeological field walking, excavation and objects conservation. We are welcoming students who are on the MSc in Applied Landscape Archaeology course at Oxford University Continuing Education Department, led by Dr Olaf Bayer. The data will help build upon the evidence-base of archaeological data from the site and provide vital information from which new research questions will evolve.

These exciting new developments are the start of several new research projects and collaborations on site.
